Topsham Library is located in the brand new community hub, Nancy Potter House. The library offers access to all the usual services including books and eBooks, audiobooks, free WiFi and computer access.

Topsham's new community hub,  delivered by Estuary League of Friends following a successful funding bid to the Big Lottery Fund and fundraising efforts reaching a total of £1.95million, offers a day centre room, community café, exercise and fitness space, 2 treatment rooms, a laundry, meeting/training room, and serviced offices as well as our modern new library facilities.

Poet, raconteur, maverick, wit; for more than twenty years Chris Tutton’s books, performances and workshops have beguiled, amused, entertained and educated.
