Kingsbridge Library serves the market town of Kingsbridge and the many surrounding villages, and has between 250 and 450 visitors a day. It is located near the main car park and bus station, with easy level access.

The library is open five days a week and there is a bright and cheerful children’s library and an area for teens, with a listening post and computer. In addition to books, DVDs and audiobooks there are a wide range of events for children and adults. The library offers a warm welcome to all, with at least one activity every day and hot drinks available for a donation.

Elmer Day

Come along and join in the Elmer activities. There will be Elmer stories, games, colouring, crafts, face painting and an elephant parade. Wear your brightest Elmer colours for the most colourful day of the year.

Sing-a-Song

Come along and join us the last Thursday of each month. We are not a choir, we are a group who get together to sing old favourites and stimulate the brain. No ability needed. Refreshments provided.
