Please note as we reopen our libraries, computer sessions may be limited to 1 hour and are bookable by phone, email or in person at your library. Please speak to us if you think you may need extra time.
Please have the exact money to pay for any printing as there is currently no change available.
Computers are situated to allow for 2m social distancing and will be cleaned between every use. The numbers of computers available at your library will be reduced because of this safety measure.
All our libraries have computers that are free to use for up to two hours per day, as well free Wi-Fi* (excluding Chulmleigh Library). If you're not a member of Devon Libraries there is a hire charge to use our computer facilities, however, you can sign up to become a member free of charge.
There is no facility to store data locally, therefore documents must be saved using a USB/writable CD/DVD or online storage system.
USB drives or CDs/DVDs can be purchased from the library as well as headphones and earphones.
All libraries also offer high-quality printing services and the majority of Devon Libraries offer photocopying facilities for a small charge.
All Internet access is filtered. We do not block individual web sites, however we do block certain categories. There are two filter levels. Lists of the categories we block at each filter level can be found below:
