Tai Chi

Beat the January blues by trying out a new activity. Join us in the library for an adult Tai chi session with Ian. This will be an introduction to this ancient way of moving and breathing. Gentle exercise to improve general health, balance and well-being for body and mind. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Wednesday 23 January, 1.30 - 2.30pm Free event, donations welcome.
