Vitamin Sea documents Cal's ambitious 1,000 mile expedition stand up paddle boarding the length of the country, from Land's End to John O'Groats in 2018. The film focuses on plastic pollution in our waterways, community action taking place and the importance in reconnecting with nature in order to protect it and the positive effects it has on our mental health. With a special recorded introduction by Cal Major, film running time 1hr 8m. Free entry, doors open 18:45.
