Richard Skinner and Gordon Clarke have been friends since school and university days. Both studied Natural Sciences, were members of the famous Cambridge Footlights Club, and co-founded the cabaret-revue team Seventh Sense. Richard has ten poetry collections already to his name, along with contributions to other volumes and a number of published short stories, SilverWood brought out his first novel Still Crazy… in 2021 and then, in 2022, his short story collection After All…. A third book, These Years, is in preparation Gordon is a guitarist, and has written many songs; as a revue performer, he contributes comedy sketches; as a writer of poetry and prose, he has recently published his first collection of short stories, Someone Else’s Gods (Silverwood 2022).
