Stay and chat or just come and go. The idea is to join in a collaborative project making throws for local charities, groups and individuals. A warm and friendly welcome to all who pop by. Tai Chi has positive effects on posture, balance, concentration and quality of life in general, reducing tension and stress. It can be practiced by anyone regardless of age or level of fitness. Qigong is closely related to Tai Chi, specifically helping energy, health and strength. Please ask at the front desk re cost.
