Poets on the Shore - afternoon of verse

Don, John and Di - the Poets on the Shore - invite you to an afternoon of poetry in the library. Listen to them read from their own work but do bring along any of your own poetry to read - and share - with a warm, friendly and receptive audience. Refreshments are included in the entry price of £2.50 payable on the door on the day.

Tony Husband & 35 Years of Private Eye Cartoons

From January until the end of March 2019 nationally renowned cartoonist Tony Husband has brought his award-winning works to an exclusive exhibition at Exeter Library. Come and browse the exhibition throughout the building, free of charge. The illustrations have been specially prepared for this display and document Tony’s work for the UK's number one best-selling news and current affairs magazine, Private Eye. The display can be seen during all library opening times.
