Once Upon a Christmas

Boo to a Goose theatre presents an interactive and multi sensory show for children aged 2-8 and their families. A jolly couple, with help from cheeky elves and The Gingerbread Man, share their memories and stories, singalong songs and festive activities. Horrible Herstories

The ‘Bideford Witches’, Temperance, Mary and Susan are planning some pranks to play on the other inhabitants of the ghost realm when they accidentally conjure up some children, much to their surprise. The victims of these supposed pranks are female historical figures, namely Cleopatra, Boudicca and Emily Davison. With each failed prank, the witches learn more and more about the past, and enlist the children to help them learn through playing games and song. Free Drop-in event in the Children's Library, children must be accompanied by an adult.
