Northam Library is situated on the main road through the town and has free car parking for library users and easy access to the library. There is a wide selection of books and audiobooks available, whilst DVDs and music CDs can be requested free of charge. The library has a lively sewing group that meets once a week, a fortnightly Scrabble group and a monthly newspaper discussion group. Volunteers are available for one to one help with Ancestry and laptops/ tablets.

The children’s area has a selection of board and picture books, junior fiction and non-fiction and story CDs. Bounce and Rhyme sessions are held weekly during term times, there is a fortnightly Lego Club and various children’s events are held during school holidays.

Crafty Cuppa at Northam Library
Come and join us at our friendly weekly Wednesday craft group at Northam Library from 1-3pm. This is a chance to learn and share your skills in a social environment. Bring your needlecraft project along with you or be inspired and learn from others in the group. We provide the cuppa! Free but suggested donation of £1 to go towards refreshments.
