Pinhoe Library is situated just past the Pinhoe Bridge, on Lower Harrington Lane. The library contains adult and children’s books, audiobooks and children’s DVDs and there are designated junior and teenage sections with picture books, fiction and audio stories. Library staff hold regular Bounce and Rhyme sessions and the Book Track scheme and Summer Reading Challenge are a staple part of the library service at Pinhoe Library.

There are three computers which are free to use for up to two hours per day and staff can advise you on how to download books, magazines and audiobooks for free onto your personal IT devices. Pinhoe Library has a monthly reading group and an active Friends Group that has supported the library for many years; raising money through events, book sales and weekly coffee mornings. Pinhoe library can be hired for events and can act as an informal meeting area.
