Ancestry Library Edition 

Thousands of sources of information and records to help research your family history including censuses and birth, marriage and death indexes.

Access to Ancestry Library Edition has been temporarily extended to Devon Library members at home, courtesy of ProQuest and its partner Ancestry. Home access will be available until the end of June and will be re-evaluated monthly as needed.

You will first need to log in to your Devon Library account on this website with your borrower number and PIN, visit your 'My Profile' page and then you will see the special link to Ancestry Library Edition. Simply click the link to start your family history research.

COBRA (Complete Online Business Reference Adviser)

An online business information resource that contains over a thousand small business factsheets, guides and sector-specific reports. This resource is one of a range of services provided by our Devon Business and IP Centre. 

John Johnson Collection of Printed Ephemera

Digitised images of posters, handbills, broadsides, pamphlets, book and journal prospectuses, popular topographical prints, and printed advertising material from the eighteenth, nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. 

Lexico

Lexico is a free resource to help users with everyday language challenges.  Lexico is powered by Oxford University Press free English and Spanish dictionaries and features multi-language dictionary, thesaurus, and translation content. (library card not required).

Medici.tv

Medici.tv is the world's leading classical music streaming platform, with over 2500 videos including concerts, operas, ballets and more. Devon Library customers can access this exciting service online until mid June 2020.
