Salcombe Library is located within the historic Cliff House, with a stunning view from the balcony that is probably one of the best of any library in the country, overlooking the glorious Salcombe estuary. The lovely, wood panelled Reading Room is a refuge from the bustling summer streets.

The library hosts a number of events including knit and stitch, book club and volunteer sessions as well as providing jigsaws and laminating services.

Coffee Morning: Friends of Salcombe Library and Dementia Friends

Come along and learn how to support people living with dementia within our community. There will be tea, coffee, biscuits, cakes and raffle! All welcome.

Brenda Loosemore and Friends of the Library AGM

An afternoon tea accompanied by light-hearted entertainment. Brenda Loosemore returns with 'Trust me I'm a volunteer' an amusing insight into her experiences volunteering at Greenway and Compton Fishacre. Followed by a very brief Friends of Salcombe Library AGM. Afternoon Tea provided by the Salcombe Coffee Company. Tickets available from Bonningtons, Salcombe TIC and Salcombe Library.
