Our network service has been restored in our libraries. Library services are available and we will continue to monitor the situation. Apologies for any inconvenience.

A majority of our sites are back online. We are continuing to implement methods of restoring our services to our customers.

The network issue has been identified so it is possible that service may be restored intermittently throughout our libraries as fixes are applied which could temporarily provide internet access, but it may not be reliable.

We are currently experiencing a temporary network issue which is affecting our libraries and library service.
We are working to resolve this issue and hopefully service will be restored shortly. To note, our library telephone lines are down and staff will be unable to access emails at this time so please bear with us. Apologies for any inconvenience.
