National Lockdown

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday 4th January, Libraries Unlimited has decided to temporarily close our buildings in Devon from the end of Tuesday 5th January. Our "Home Library Service" and "Choose and Collect" services will resume from Monday 18th January. Learn more on our Covid-19 updates page.

Bringing you e-books, audiobooks and magazines, along with reference subscriptions, including access to Ancestry Library Edition.

Join the Winter Mini Challenge and become a reading hero!

Winter mini challenge

The Winter Mini Challenge launches on Tuesday 1st December and finishes on Friday 15th January.  Sign up here

To take part, children simply read three or more books - these can be any books of their choice. Every time they finish a book, they add it to their Challenge website profile and leave a short book review.

Reaching their online reading goal will unlock a virtual badge and a special Everyone Is A Hero certificate to print off and keep!
